Sagewood Lower Primary Dress Rehearsal for their play How the Zebra Got Her Stripes

Our Grade 1 and 2 students from Sagewood School were super excited at their last drama lesson! They had a dress rehearsal in preparation for their structured scene for the Arts and Culture Festival that takes place every year at Sagewood School to celebrate Heritage Day.

The students of Sagewood school are super excited...they are having an Arts and Culture Day on Heritage Day Saturday 24 September. The Helen O Grady students are performing an Mime to Music and a verbal dynamics!!

Drama at Irene Primary are a great success!

From Grade 0 -7 students at Irene Primary have so much fun during their drama lesson! Our clevely devised curriculum allows students to explore their creative side whilst developing their confidence and oral communication skills! We even have students from Doringkloof Primary and South Downs College attending classes at Irene Primary!

TROPHIES WERE THE ORDER OF THE DAY!

Students from our Faerie Glen and Irene Studios were awarded trophies after their brilliant performances at the Centurion Theatre!

SAGEWOOD ARTS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL

The students from our Helen O'Grady Drama studio at Sagewood School were asked to partake in the High School's Arts and Culture Festival. Grades 1-3 thoroughly enjoyed their play The Chicken Hearted Fox and our senior primary students (grades 4-7) went all out to make their play Storyland the best ever!!!

Principal and teacher of this studio, Juliet Jordaan, was most impressed with their performance - especially taking into account that they had only had 6hours of rehearsal!!
