Irene Primary Drama Students are Busy Busy Busy...

Many of our students from Irene Primary are getting ready for their school production which runs from Monday 31 May - Saturday 5th June. We wish them all the best and hope that they have lots of FUN!

Students from are Brooklyn Studio are Preparing for their Parent Presentaion!

These students under the brilliant direction of their teacher, Larisa, are preparing for their Parent Presentation which will be held on Tuesday 8th June. They are very excited!! Many of them are going to join Helen O Grady's Holiday Stage School which will be held from the 5th - 9th July at the Greek Church in Brooklyn!!

HOLIDAY STAGE SCHOOL!!

The Helen O Grady Drama Academy is proud to host a Holiday Stage School at the Brooklyn Greek Church from the Monday 5th - Friday 9th July from 9am - 12am. The cost for the week is R650.00 per student (discount for siblings)
BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!!
Only 20 spaces available for each age group. 6-8yrs, 9-12yrs, 13-18yrs.

SAGEWOOD OPEN DAY 22 MAY 2010

The Helen O Grady Drama Academy were thrilled to be part of Sagewood Preparatory's Open Day! Students who take part in the weekly drama classes at Sagewood demonstrated some of their work to their parents and prospective students! Great fun was had by all!

Irene Primary School Classes are full under the excellent direction of their teachers Larisa and Juliet!!

WHAT ARE THE FAERIE GLEN UPPER PRIMARY GETTING UP TO?

FAERIE GLEN IS HAVING A 'BRING A FRIEND DAY' NEXT WEEK!!

The students from our Faerie Glen Studio are so excited about next week's lesson! It is Bring a Friend Day! They can bring as many friends as they like for a free lesson!! They've been telling their friends what fun Drama is at the Helen O Grady Drama Academy - now their friends can come and see for themselves :-)

Our Wierda Park Youth Theatre and their incredible teacher Larisa!!

Our Youth Theatre students in Wierda Park get together every Friday Afternoon from 5pm - 6pm. They come from a variety of different schools in the area. They have all formed close friendships and they work well as a team!
One of our students from this group along with one of our students from our Brooklyn Youth Theatre are taking part in a production at the Irene Community Hall called Wizard of Africa! CONGRATULATIONS!! We wish them the best of luck and we can't wait to see them on stage in June :-)
