Annlin Upper Primary acting like Cavemen

This week our dress up theme is Cavemen and women. Our students from Annlin performed their Mime to Music with gusto! Congrats to you all!!

Students in the upper primary are ages 9-12. They come from all the different schools in the area- Northridge Primary school and Laerskool Wonderboom for example. We also have many homeschooled children who attend drama to develop their confidence, skill in oral communication and social skills!

Our wonderful Upper Primary for ages 9-12 attend drama on Saturday afternoons in Lyttelton. They are a very committed drama group and they are thoroughly enjoying the rehearsals for their upcoming play!

Brooklyn Upper Primary full of excitement!

We have started rehearsals for our end of year production! Our Upper Primary really enjoyed discussing their play and started blocking the first scene!

The play starts in a little town called Abilene and everyone is very bored....

The Circus has Come to Town

This week our Brooklyn Lower Primary had so much fun performing their Circus play!

The Lovely Larisa, who teaches this exceptional class really had fun with them and together they performed perfectly! What made it extra special is that every child on stage was having fun and enjoying their theatre experience! Well Done!

LYTTELTON LOWER PRIMARY UNDER THE EXPERT TUITION OF LARISA GROVE

Our Lyttelton students had a wonderful time as teacher Larisa took them through some exercises to develop their confidence and acting ability. Larisa always develops much creativity in all the children.

Our Weekly Drama Classes develop speech, performance, movement and acting skills. The world famous drama curriculum is also renowned for its development of communication skills.

Our Brooklyn Lower Primary had a great lesson using all their props in their play all about cooking! The best part was one student actually brought real cupcakes - what a treat!

 Our classes are so interesting that we even have onlookers...children who attend the Greek School often come and visit us while they are having their break!! They always seem mesmorized with all the fun and excitement that goes on!
