Youth Theatre fun!

Students from all the surrounding High Schools are welcome to join our Dynamic Drama Classes! We run a unique Theatre Arts program for teenagers aged 13-17yrs

The students from our Youth Theatre (and we borrowed some from our Upper Primary!!) have really worked hard to portray this terrific play called Triumph of Trevor Truelove!

Rehearsals at our Beaulieu Studio for our Year End Productions have started!!

Students are gearing up to begin working on their Year End Productions! Studios all over Gauteng are waiting in anticipation to hear what play their class will be presenting... The benefits of having children on stage in a relaxed atmosphere, where they work alongside their peers in successful groups, are enormous. Students across Pretoria and South Africa gain oodles of confidence thanks to their exposure to the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy.

Beaulieu Preparatory Students had Dress Up Day today!

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy is in its third year of operation at Beaulieu Prep School and the drama classes after school are highly popular. The children have a fantastic creative time with their expert teacher Juliet, who is also the principal of the Academy.  Research has shown that children who engage in extra mural school activities are more likely to have better focus at school and much improved academic success. Schools which have an extensive after school programme have found that their children become better motivated!

Beaulieu Upper Primary Class had their last lesson of the term today!

We had so much fun at our last lesson of the term! What an incredibly talented and dedicated group of students! Enjoy the upcoming holidays boys and girls and we look forward to seeing you next term and showing off your talent to your parents and friends in our Parent Presentation in June!

SADDLEBROOK ESTATE PARENT DAY!!

Students from our Saddlebrook Estate Studio performed with such confidence for their parents and friends at their Parent Day!! They have only been attending lessons for a term and already they are shining like Super Stars!!!!
