Celebrating our success at Helen O Grady Drama Academy!

Last Thursday evening students from Star College PTA performed their plays that they had been working on during their drama classes! They all did a fantastic job and at the end of the evening every child was presented with a certificate of participation! 

TONIGHT marks the beginning of our Productions! Our first show takes place at Star College Pretoria

The students from Star College are very excited to showcase their plays for their parents and friends tonight! The Grade 2's are performing a fable called The Ants and the Grasshopper and the grade 3's put their own spin on a classic called How the Zebra Got its Stripes! We wish all the performers a fun and happy experience!!!

Star College grade 2 almost ready for their production

The grade 2's have been working hard on their play The Ants and the Grasshopper! They will be performing their play to friends and family at Star College Pretoria on Thursday 24 October.

Helen O'Grady Drama Academy visit Star college Pretoria every Tuesday morning and the lovely Larisa teaches all the grade 2's and 3's. They are always very excited for their fun drama class!

Sagewood Pre primary Drama kids going to the Jungle

Teacher Larisa brought along her jungle friends to drama on Friday! The Sagewood students loved interacting with the different animals!

Midlands Lower Primary are Super Stars!

Our Super Stars have just completed rehearsing their play called Paradesia- they remembered all their words and what to do! 

It's Play time at drama!!

Our grade 0 class at Beaulieu Prep is getting ready for the end of year play! The lovely Lauren is teaching them a really fun play called A Big Box of Bears!

 Wednesday was our first day back after the holidays and the students were so excited to see Teacher Larisa!! They ran up to her for hugs and could not wait for their lesson to start!

Larisa introduced our new theme The Jungle and the kiddies listened to a wonderful story before acting it out!

It is so lovely to see children enjoying the benefits of our program!
