UPPER PRIMARY STUDENTS FROM IRENE PRIMARY SHOWING OFF THEIR SPEECH AND MOVEMENT SKILLS!

WIERDA PARK YOUTH THEATRE!

The students from our Wierda Park studio come from many different schools in the area - they get together from 5pm - 6pm on Fridays and it is a really great way to meet friends and unwind after their hectic school schedules! Today they performed very creative radio plays - in which they were only allowed to use their voices to portray the story!

Students from the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy at Irene Primary show great performance skill under the direction of their fantastic teachers Larisa and Lisenka. Student numbers have really grown this year because more parents realise the importance of developing good communication skills and the fact that the Academy's international programme has come to their school!
