The students were given a brief and 2 minutes to come up with a short improv- WOW!! The 3 groups were given the same brief and yet each group came up with its own unique and creative improv! Just brilliant!

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy runs speech and drama classes 6 days a week in the Midrand and Pretoria areas.

Talented Irene students have the 'WOW' factor!

Wow! Our students from our Iren Primary studio definitely have the 'wow' factor!

Give them a simple idea and they will create something incredible! 

Many of these students have been attending Helen O'Grady Drama Academy for many years and they have grown into a great team!

Drama develops confidence and oral communication. As well as teaching students how to work as a team, increase memory skills and think out of the box!

The students were asked to bring emoticons and other computer icons to class for their Mime to Music called The Crazy Computer. They had so much fun making their bodies into symmetrical and asymmetrical shapes!

Some of our Lower primary students dressed up for their Mime to Music called How Clumsy! They looked wonderful and they performed their piece with lots of energy and enthusiasm! 

We run classes every Thursday from 2.00-3.00pm at Irene Primary school for ages 5-9yrs. 

The Upper Primary class for ages 9-12 attend from 3.00-4.00pm.
