The Wierda Park Upper Primary get together every Friday afternoon from 4pm - 5pm. HELEN O GRADY DRAMA ACADEMY IN FULL SWING AT IRENE PRIMARY SCHOOL!

Students from the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy at Irene Primary show great performance skill under the direction of their fantastic teachers Larisa and Lisenka. Student numbers have really grown this year because more parents realise the importance of developing good communication skills and the fact that the Academy's international programme has come to their school! New Studio open in Saddlebrook Estate, Midrand!

This studio is only open to residents of Saddlebrook Estate and classes are held in their beautiful clubhouse! The children had so much fun on Wednesday performing their play Panic at the Seaside!

The students at our Brooklyn studio are dynamic! They produce the most creative wonderful work! They are so lucky to have Larisa ,who is an awesome teacher, guiding them in the right direction!

THE SEASIDE COMES TO BROOKLYN!!

On Tuesday the students in our Upper Primary class took part in a play called Panic at the Seaside! They are such great actors and fun was had by all! Every week in the Helen O Grady Drama Academy the students do speech exercises and learn how to warm up their vocal chords and speech organs. Here they can be seen doing some of those exercises. Their wonderful teacher Larisa shows them how it's done!

All our teachers are fully trained in the Helen O Grady methods and have ongoing training and supervision.

It is really wonderful to watch students develop in self confidence and have so much fun at the same time!

BROOKLYN LOWER PRIMARY HAVING SO MUCH FUN WITH THEIR TEACHER LARISA!!

The children in our Lower Primary class in Brooklyn had a funfilled lesson on Tuesday with their absolutely fantastic teacher, Larisa!! They did a variation of the well known fable The Hare and The Tortoise and they made up their own creative snippets!!

The children come from the local schools and pre schools in the area, such as Waterkloof Primary and Crawford Prep.

Helen O Grady Drama Academy is proud to announce the opening of 3 new studios!!

The Helen O Grady Drama Academy in Pretoria and Midrand is expanding! We are now running our international programme on Fridays straight after school at Sagewood Primary in Midrand and from Monday 8th March we'll be running the programme straight after school at Lindo Park Primary in Lindo Park! Our third new studio starts this Wednesday at the Saddlebrook Estate Clubhouse in Midrand.
