Our Upper Primary classes are thriving under the expert tuition of Chene assitsted by Principal Juliet Jrodaan. The students from Sagewood School are extremely committed and creative! Their enthusiasm and love of performing is an inspiration to us all!

Kindy Classes at Sagewood Pre Primary!

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy's Kindy Programme for 3-5 years is a fantastic way to develop young children's confidence and communication skills at a very early age. This form of pre-school drama training gives children the edge of over their peers as they grow in self-esteem and ability to converse with other children and adults, as well as learning essential English language skills. Due to the popularity of our classes at Sagewood Pre Primary, which are taught by the lovely Larisa, we now have 3 times slots (1 on a Wednesday and 2 on a Friday) All classes are full!

THE SAGEWOOD STARS!

Our students from Sagewood School had a wonderful time as their teacher Chene took them through some exercises to develop their confidence and acting ability. The main part of the lesson revolved around a Mime to Music called The Hunt. The students used their bodies and faces expressively to translate the message of the piece. Our wonderful teacher,Chene always develops so much creativity in all the children.

Our NEW studio in Erasmia is Growing as more and more parents see the Benefits of our programme!

The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy is in its fourth year of operation in Midrand and Pretoria and the drama classes after school in Erasmia are highly popular. The children have a fantastic creative time with their expert teacher Chene. Research has shown that children who engage in extra mural school activities are more likely to have better focus at school and much improved academic success.

Beaulieu Prep Tuesday Drama Class - always lots of FUN!

Children who attend drama classes are naturally more inclined to be confident, have high self-esteem and are able to communicate better. The Helen O'Grady Drama Academy runs drama classes for schools throughout the World. Using an international curriculum, Helen O’ Grady Drama Academy aims to bring out all that is good in each and every person. Brooklyn Upper Primary and Youth Theatre classes!

Larisa, our spectacular teacher of our Brooklyn Studio, always has great fun with the students each week. Children and high school students from the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy learn communication and performance skills which develop overall confidence and speaking ability for future success in life. Students from ages 5-18 can attend these classes in different age-groups. Classes are always great fun! All studios follows our international drama curriculum developed over 30 years internationally.

Brooklyn Lower Primary had so much fun at their "Dress Up Day"

Our Lower Primary students thoroughly enjoy their Tuesday afternoon drama classes! Not only do the children have fun but they are learning important life skills at the same time!

Special Drama Classes for Grade 0 Students at Beaulieu Prep

We have a super group of students taking part in our Drama classes exclusively for the Grade 0 Students at Beaulieu Prep! Many of our 5-8yr olds in the area attend our Saturday morning class however we also run classes for the Beaulieu Grade 0's on a Tuesday. We had so much fun showing off our movement skills and doing our play all about a visit to the beach!

Kindy Classes at Midrand Montessori are highly popular!

Due to the popularity of our Kindy Drama programme at Midrand Montessori Pre School, we have opened a 3rd class! During Monday's class we explored different emotions and the children had great fun being happy, sad and excited!

Saturday classes in Lyttelton in full swing!

Under the expert tuition of Larisa - our Lyttelton students are growing in confidence and oral communication! They simply love their Saturday afternoon Drama fix!
