Drama kids from our Brooklyn studio have so much fun

The students from our Brooklyn studio have dressed up every week this term and we have been amazed at their awesome costumes!

Wierda Park Lower Primary love their Toys

Drama classes at the Reformed Church in Wierda Park are very popular!

We teach ages 5-18 in separate age groups every Friday afternoon.

The Lower Primary class for ages 5-8 really enjoyed bringing props and dressing up for their play A Visit to the Farm.

Our students from our Tuesday lower primary class LOVE to dress up and they certainly do it with style!!

Brooklyn Upper Primary on Fire

The students from our Brooklyn Upper Primary are extremely enthusiastic and always come up with wonderful creative ideas!

On Tuesday they performed a Mime to Music called Fire in the Pizza Parlour- it was brilliant!

We ended off the lesson with Snippets - WOW!! We were so impressed with the clever ideas students came up with and the snippets were executed superbly! 

Our Upper Primary class for ages 9-12 takes place in Brooklyn on Tuesdays from 4-5pm at the Hellenic Community of Pretoria. Students come from different schools in the area...eg. Waterkloof House Preparatory, Brooklyn Primary, Pretoria Oos Laerskool to mention a few!

Dress up for Week 9 - 17 - 22 March

Lower Primary (5-9yrs) this week is a Mime to Music! 

Children can dress up in red/yellow/green and brown - any colour that represents a pizza topping!!

There is no dress up for the Upper Primary!

Dress Up and Prop ideas for Week 8 Date: 10 - 15 March

Lower Primary (5-9yrs) - This week is very easy - students just need to bring 1 toy prop to class. Eg: teddy, rabbit, clown, doll

Upper Primary (9-12yrs) - This week students need to wear beach gear or bring props along - Eg shorts,summer dresses, caps, towels, beach bags! (let's hope the weather warms up and stops raining this week!)

Dress up ideas 3 - 8 March

Lower Primary - ages 5-8yrs - dress up as a school child or bring prop like a school bag or lunch box

Upper Primary - ages 9-12yrs - dress up as a teenager!

Wierda Park Upper Primary all dressed up and off on a cruise!

'How Clumsy!' was our Mime to Music that we performed today...everyone came dressed up to the nines and the performance was great! 

Classes are held every Friday at Wierda Park for ages 5-18.

Saturdays at our Lyttelton studio are so much fun!

This week students were asked to dress up and wow they all looked amazing and enjoyed their mime to music set on a cruise ship. 

We run classes for ages 5-18 on Saturday afternoons in Lyttelton close to Unitas Hospital.
