WIERDA PARK YOUTH THEATRE


Our Youth Theatre in Wierda Park are a great bunch of teenagers who get on really well together....

Oh dear! The argument between Brandon and Redd gets heated....

The students have really enjoyed creating their own Soap Operas! Edwin and Rudene are playing charaters Sam and Marcia - they are innocently playing twister but of course in the true style of soapies Sam's fiance doesn't see it that way....

Our Wierda Park Youth Theatre takes place on Friday afternoons from 5pm - 6pm at the Reformed Church on the corner of Ruimte and Willem Botha Streets. This class is full of budding actors and actresses who use their vivid imaginations to come up with very interesting improvisations!

WIERDA PARK UPPER PRIMARY IMPROVISATION

Our Weirda Park Upper Primary Class for children from the ages of 9 - 12 yrs is full of budding actors and actresses! They love dressing up and enjoy their weekly drama classes immensely!

WIERDA PARK LOWER PRIMARY




We have just opened a Lower Primary Drama Class for ages 5 - 8yrs at our Wierda Park Studio at the Reformed Church on Willem Botha Ave (opp Wierda Park Primary)! The children had lots of fun at their first lesson! They particularly enjoyed dressing up for their improvisation called The Gipsy Camp.

Here are some of the wonderful children from our Faerie Glen Studio in Glenwood Road, having fun with their teacher Juliet, who is also the Principal of the Helen O' Grady Drama Academy in Pretoria.







This is our Brooklyn Studio in action during their Parent Day Presentations. These Speech and Drama classes are held on Tuesday afternoons at the Greek Church cnr Roper and Lynnwood Roads.

MAKE UP DAY


The last lesson of Term 3 was Make Up Day at our studio at Irene Primary. The children loved having their faces painted and fun was had by all!!
