What is the Sword in the Stone? - Our Lyttelton Upper Primary told the story of Arthur and the Sword in the Stone brilliantly!

 Helen O' Grady Drama Academy runs classes on Saturday afternoons in Lyttelton Centurion. Our Upper Primary class is made up of students ages 9- 12. This year we had a talented bunch of students who really enjoyed sharing their story The Sword in the Stone! Well done to you all!

TALENT AT OUR LYTTELTON STUDIO!

Juliet Jordaan, principal of Helen O Grady Drama Academy in Midrand and Pretoria had the pleasure of teaching the Lyttelton studio a few Saturdays ago! They are such a wonderful group of students with talent oozing out of them!
Some of them wore our special drama tshirts which looked really super!

Helen O Grady Drama Academy is proud to announce the opening of 3 new studios!!

The Helen O Grady Drama Academy in Pretoria and Midrand is expanding! We are now running our international programme on Fridays straight after school at Sagewood Primary in Midrand and from Monday 8th March we'll be running the programme straight after school at Lindo Park Primary in Lindo Park! Our third new studio starts this Wednesday at the Saddlebrook Estate Clubhouse in Midrand.

Welcome New Teachers!

The Academy has expanded this year and we welcome two fantastic teachers to our family - Lisenka Berlouw and Larisa Grove! They both have lots of experience in the field of drama and teaching.

BEAULIEU PREPARATORY LAUNCH!

We are so excited to announce the opening of our Drama studio at Beaulieu Preparatory in Crowthorne, near Midrand. The children are very enthusiastic and full of energy - just the way we like them at Helen O Grady!!

We have three classes running every Saturday morning. Lower Primary (5 - 8yrs) 9am - 10am

Upper Primary (9 -12yrs) 10am - 11am and Youth Theatre (13 -18yrs) 11am - 12pm

Here the Lower Primary have just finished their improvisation and are feeling very happy!!
